junior business analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements.
• Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories for IT teams.
• Support business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in system testing, including test case creation, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and issue tracking.
• Facilitate communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Assist in project documentation, including process workflows, training materials, and business impact analysis.
• Support change management initiatives by helping with end-user training and adoption strategies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in IT implementations.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, IT consulting, or relevant internships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of business process modelling and IT system implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Basic proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
