Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze the organization’s IT processes and systems to identify inherent risks at a detailed level and recognize effective security controls that adequately address these risks based on the Bank and Group IC Methodology.

• Assess inherent risks related to IT processes and systems, and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the design and operation of the identified security controls based on the Bank and Group IC Methodology.

• Evaluate identified control weaknesses in IT processes and systems, and assess the adequacy of remediation action plans selected to address those weaknesses according to IC methodology.

• Identify deviations in IT processes and systems—including controls—from standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., COSO, COBIT, ISO2700X, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, ISO 20000, etc.) and propose improvements.

• Participate in the development of training activities on IT security controls and data analysis topics.

• Perform data analysis using the Bank’s relevant tools (e.g., MS Excel, Power BI) and produce reports for the ICF Management Team.

Position Requirements:

Required Education:

• Degree in: Computer Science, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related field

• Master’s in: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analysis, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related field

Required Experience:

2–5 years in audit or consulting firms, banking institutions, or tech companies in a related role (e.g., IT Audit, IT Consulting, Data Analysis, System Analysis), including:

• Experience evaluating the adequacy/effectiveness of general IT controls, application controls, OS, and database controls

• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley audits and COSO framework

• Experience related to IT, systems analysis, cybersecurity, and/or data analysis

Desired Specialized Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of IT security principles

• Experience with COSO, COBIT, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ITIL, PCI-DSS

• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ACL, IDEA, Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) and databases

• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Excellent computer skills, MS Office 365

Language Skills:

Very good English (minimum B2 level), proven by certification or studies in an English-speaking university
