Our client is a leading software development company based in Athens and operating internationally. They design and develop Planning & Scheduling software solutions using state-of-the-art technology. Their clientele consists of large-scale companies in the Retail, Hospitality, Services, and Manufacturing sectors in Greece and abroad.

Our client is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to join their technical team and contribute to delivering quality products to existing and future clients.

Tasks

• Support delivery of their products to their clients

• Execute manual test cases and analyze results

• Setup testing/demo environments

• Submit detailed test and defect reports to the development team

• Follow up on the defects until their resolution

• Contribute to technical documentation

You must have…

• A Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or another relevant field

• Knowledge of the English language

• Knowledge of SQL

You may have (one or more…)

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL & SQL Server

• Command operating system usage (Linux, Windows Server)

• Hands-on experience in Issue & Project tracking tools

• 1-year experience in a similar role
