Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to the digital banking system.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process models for the project.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and translated into functional solutions.
• Evaluate and define system enhancements or changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and end-user needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements or digitalization.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA specialists, to ensure seamless system integration and user acceptance.
• Participate in the creation and execution of testing plans and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on IT or digital transformation projects.
• Experience with digital banking systems, financial technology, or similar enterprise-level systems.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office).
