About the role:

The Front-End (Angular) Developer is responsible for developing, enhancing, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Company’s software in global projects in the financial sector. The candidate mentors, supports and encourages the team with cross-project communication, technology sharing, and expanding expertise in key platforms and technologies. Also, works on standardization across front-end and mobile frameworks across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop components and modules for their legacy investment software in global projects.

• Use Angular 17+ or later for applications development.

• Guide and train other team resources, if required.

• Audit existing coding and the new modules of the software product.

• Work closely with the Product Director and Lead Software Architect.

• Ensure a quality product is delivered to clients.

Job Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong knowledge of the Angular framework and Typescript with 3+ years of experience.

• Experience in developing advanced web applications.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical information, both orally and in writing.

• Strong software development skills and ability to mentor/train others.

• Experience with mobile development (through Ionic) will be considered as an asset.
