Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support a strategic digital initiative at Eurobank. The role is part of an MVP project involving the design and development of a native mobile application — a key investment in Eurobank’s customer-facing digital services.

You will join a structured delivery team, working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to shape and support the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

– Work with stakeholders to capture and analyze business requirements
– Document functional needs in the form of user stories, flow diagrams, and specifications
– Contribute to process mapping, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
– Coordinate closely with developers and testers during feature delivery
– Use tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation
– Participate in demos, UAT support, and ongoing product iteration

Ideal Candidate Profile:

– Some experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Understanding of software delivery cycles (Agile/Scrum)
– Comfortable working with business users and technical teams
– Familiarity with requirements documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
– Fluency in Greek and English
