Our client, an internationally focused technology company specializing in innovative solutions for the global shipping industry, is looking for an exceptional Architect Full Stack Software Engineer to join a new, high-impact internal startup project.

About the Role

You will lead the technical development of an ambitious, internal software product built from scratch. With guidance from their senior technical leadership, you will have significant autonomy in defining and executing the project’s technological direction, architecture, and software stack.

What You’ll Do

• Architect, design, and develop a new internal software product from concept to delivery

• Choose and implement modern, widely adopted technologies (likely Python, React, or similar) ensuring maintainability and future team growth

• Collaborate closely with senior management to shape the strategic direction of the project

• Initially work from their Piraeus office, with flexible arrangements possible as the project progresses

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, ideally as a full-stack developer

• Expertise in modern front-end (React or equivalent) and back-end (Python or equivalent) frameworks

• Proven experience building robust, scalable software systems

• Experience designing architectures and choosing suitable technology stacks

• Ability to work autonomously in an environment with minimal supervision

• Fluency in English
