Are you passionate about financial risk management and looking to grow your career in a dynamic, collaborative environment? Join our team to work closely with the Financial Risk Manager, Treasury Dealers and Middle Office to support key financial risk processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in liaising with Business Units and Group Stakeholders to analyze Foreign Exchange, Commodity, and Interest Rate exposures while contributing to the development of reports that monitor these risks. In this exciting role, you will:


  • Liaise continuously with the countries in order to review and reconcile Foreign Exchange, Commodity and Interest Rate exposures. 
  • Enhance reporting to Senior Management of the total foreign exchange, commodities and interest rate risk profile of the Group. 
  • Co-operate with internal stakeholders in reflecting supply contract conditions to foreign exchange and commodity exposures.
  • Support the other members of the Group Treasury Front Office team.
  • Lead exposure-related projects to support and improve the efficiency of the Financial Risk Management strategy of the Group. 
  • Participate in system implementation and develop new insights that result in organizational improvements for processes, systems and services.
  • Build and share knowledge and expertise with the Group Treasury team and Business Units.
  • Establish relationship with the planning department of each country in order to be able to understand the background of material exposure changes.
  • Implement CC Hellenic CSR strategy and program in your own area of responsibility.
  • Understand and comply with CCHBC policy standards and with Internal and External Audit requirements.



You can be successful in this role, if you have:


  • 3-5 years’ experience in Finance, preferably in areas related to Financial Analysis of large data sets.
  • Knowledge of Treasury or Risk Management concepts.
  • University/Master’s Degree in Finance or a business-related subject.
  • Very strong MS Excel/VBA skills (required).
  • Understanding of Database concepts (considered a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and with no close supervision.
