We are looking for a Sustainability Compliance Coordinator to support Coca-Cola HBC’s sustainability agenda across the supply chain. The role coordinates activities that help ensure suppliers and partners align with environmental regulations, internal policies, and international standards, while contributing to the company’s Net Zero by 2040 commitments. It supports sustainability reporting, monitors supplier performance, and assists in initiatives to improve responsible sourcing and overall supplier sustainability practices.
IN THIS EXCITING ROLE YOU WILL:
• Coordinate and implement sustainability initiatives, due diligence processes, and action plans across Business Units, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, corporate policies, and international frameworks.
• Support deforestation and sustainability efforts across the supply base, ensuring alignment with international standards, ESG and corporate Net Zero commitments.
• Manage supplier performance and monitor compliance with sustainability standards, including KPIs, risk assessments, deforestation, and EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
• Collaborate with BU EUDR Compliance Officers, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate disclosures, audit readiness, and proper supplier evidence collection under EUDR.
• Build, maintain, and refine centralized dashboards, reports, and KPIs, ensuring data integrity, transparency, and alignment with company and regulatory requirements.
• Support sustainability data collection from Business Units and suppliers and develop analytics and reporting to ensure compliance and provide actionable insights.
• Support process improvements, data standardization, and automation initiatives to streamline sustainability reporting, due diligence workflows, and EUDR compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to the procurement community on sustainability and EUDR requirements, tools, and compliance, serving as a key user for related procurement tools.
• Conduct trainings and capability-building activities for procurement teams to enhance sustainability and EUDR knowledge, as well as internal processes and reporting across Business Units and the supply base.
YOU CAN BE SUCCESFULL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
• 3–5 years’ work experience in Procurement, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Supply Chain, Compliance, Business Analysis, Data Management, Finance, or related fields.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier risk assessment, and sustainability compliance frameworks (EUDR knowledge is an advantage).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and reporting tools, with strong analytical skills and understanding of reporting structures.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Working experience in a matrix organization and multicultural environment is considered an asset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Sustainability, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Environmental Science, Supply Chain or another relevant field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
