As a Solution Architect, you will design and architect integrated E2E solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technology standards. You will collaborate with agile teams and stakeholders, evaluate and select solutions, and estimate efforts for business cases. You will also provide consulting during the design, build, test, and deploy phases, driving the adoption of architecture principles, reference architecture, standards, quality gates, and ensuring long-term performance and continuous evolution of our platforms.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the product team and business partners to capture requirements and translate them into detailed solution designs, highlighting prerequisites, risks, and impact on performance and scalability.
Support the creation of a product roadmap based on evolving business and technology trends.
Contribute to writing functional, non-functional, and technical requirements to ensure best-in-class design patterns and proper solution delivery.
Document solution architecture artifacts in Ardoq, and Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with the Tech Lead and development team on code changes
Ensure quality gates are passed with an end-to-end quality engineering mindset, taking corrective actions and ensuring compliance.
Ensure regular, reliable releases to production following DevSecOps best practices, without business disruption.
Work with the CCH platform and integration architects, security team and enterprise architects to validate design principles and contribute to a cohesive landscape
Work with Ops teams to ensure sustainable and maintainable support models.
Adopt SAFE Agile principles and foster & advocate CI/CDs processes ensuring DevSecOps practices are in the DNA of every product lifecycle
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect in the Commercial area (FMCG industry experience is an advantage).
3 years of experience with Promo Management Platforms (e.g., XTEL, SAP TPM, Salesforce) and related processes
Proven experience in designing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
Hands-on experience integrating systems for seamless operation.
Strong business acumen with the ability to design solutions based on requirements.
Knowledge of SOA patterns and TOGAF framework or similar.
Architecture certifications in cloud technology, SAP or XTEL are appreciated.
Knowledge of computer networks, programming principles, software development methodologies (Agile and SCRUM), and cloud development and operations.
Experience with Azure DevOps CD/CI Pipelines (ALM).
Strong understanding and experience in Agile Delivery Methodology (Scaled Agile framework is an advantage).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English.
