As a Senior Microsoft SharePoint Developer you will have opportunity to design, develop, and maintain Coca-Cola Hellenic next-generation intranet site using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Viva services, like Engage and Connections, together with Azure cloud services. This role requires understanding modern Sharepoint site implementations based on SPFx.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and administer our Next Gen Intranet site collections, including permissions, security, and content management. 

- Build custom web parts, headers, footers, landing pages, department templates/pages, and other components to create uniformity across intranet sites accessible on any device. 

- Utilize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to create website designs with out-of-the-box (OOTB) features, UI extensions, page layouts, themes, and display templates. 

- Utilize Microsoft Viva services like Viva Connections and Viva Engage. 

- Work with Azure services, such as Azure Functions in .NET 8.0 isolated, Azure AI Translator, Redis Cache, Runbooks, etc., to handle certain integrations and provisioning requirements. 

- Work with EntraID identity properties for content targeting and personalization in web parts. 

- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT team members to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues. 

- Manage app deployments to tenant or site collection app catalogs. 

- Build and maintain effective site structure, navigation, and taxonomy. 

- Integrate with third-party systems like Kaltura, Cornerstone, and other services. 

- Uphold best practices for security, governance, and compliance within the SharePoint environment, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. 

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing SharePoint solutions, ensuring optimal performance and usability. 

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? 

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. 

- Proven experience in SharePoint development, including site and site collection management, custom web application development.  

- Strong knowledge of SPFx, Node.js, TypeScript, React, Gulp, Yeoman, Webpack, PnP JS, PnP Search web parts, and Fluent UI React Components. 

- Extensive experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva, and Azure services. 

- Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility compliance. 

- Strong understanding of information architecture, site structure, and taxonomy. 

- Ability to work with third-party integrations. 

- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities. 

- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS. 

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

- Excellent collaboration skills and effective communication within cross-functional teams.

- Customer-centric attitude.

- Fluent in written and verbal English.
