- Διαμορφώνεις και υποστηρίζεις μηχανισμούς SAP integration, όπως IDocs/ALE, RFC, SOAP Runtime Framework (SRT), DRF, OData, ASAPIO και ABAP-based interfaces
- Καθοδηγείς middleware engineers σχετικά με τη σωστή συμπεριφορά και τους περιορισμούς του SAP
- Αντιμετωπίζεις προβλήματα SAP-side integration, υποστηρίζεις incidents και οδηγείς διορθώσεις βασικών αιτιών με κατάλληλη τεκμηρίωση
- Συνεργάζεσαι με integration engineers και architects για ευθυγράμμιση σχεδιασμού μεταξύ SAP, middleware και καταναλωτικών συστημάτων
- Ορίζεις και υποστηρίζεις σημεία monitoring και logging για SAP interfaces
- Συμβάλλεις σε δοκιμές και go-live readiness, συμπεριλαμβανομένων validation interfaces, validation error handling και transport coordination
- Διασφαλίζεις την αξιόπιστη λειτουργία κρίσιμων υπηρεσιών, τηρώντας τα συμφωνημένα SLAs και βελτιστοποιώντας την απόδοση και τη διαθεσιμότητα
