ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
The company is currently looking for a talented Revenue Growth Lead to join our team in Athens.
ABOUT YOU IN THIS ROLE:
- Strong analytical & numerical skills, ability to read the bigger picture through understanding the story behind the numbers
- Ability to understand financial implication working through RGM levers of the business
- Multifunctional understanding and impact
- Deep understanding of FMCG Commercial Operations
- Quick in grasping customers & shoppers needs along with the needs of commercial colleagues
- Positive change agent with proficient influencing skills
- Ability to act independently and drive a clear, strategic vision for RGM
- Very good communication skills and stakeholders' management experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Closely monitors product categories’ & market trends at National, Channel & Customer level
- Converts market insights to initiatives to drive value growth
- Manages RGM 2.0 Framework engaging organization behind the 10 steps process
- Develop winning Pricing and Promotional Strategy
- Partners with Shopper, Channel Marketing & Sales teams to build commercial plans & drive profitable revenue
- Controls & monitors promotional discounts budget focused on ROI & uplift
- Develops cross functional relationships and ensures close cooperation with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Brand Owners) to improve business results
QUALIFIERS:
- 5+ years’ comparable experience in large, complex, multi-channel organizations ideally within a similar Pricing/Revenue focused department
- BSc holder, preferably MSc or MBA holder
- Fluent English
- Strong MS Excel/ PowerPoint skills
