Product Functional Expert acts as a key player in Digital Commerce team within the Digital & Technology Platforms Services (DTPS) organization by analyzing the business requirement, writing technical & functional specifications & proposing solution design to build & deliver best-in-class digital product that meets business expectations. He/She ensures long term solution design stability, maintainability, compliance & data integrity according to the CCH landscape & standards.



YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Contribute to the product lifecycle together with the product manager from an E2E perspective from conception to retirement (Business, information, data, systems, financials, delivery & maintenance)

  • Collaborate with business, Product manager and other stakeholders to collect and analyses the requirements.

  • Work together with the product manager as well as the solution/platform architects and other stakeholders collaborate cross-functionally and validate process compliance of new requirements, provide solutions while targeting simplification and standardization

  • Detail requirements and turn them into functional/technical specification, including effort estimation.

  • Configure & customize the Product in alignment with Developers/Architects

  • Maintain and document technical and functional product specifiations while ensuring Country-Specific localizations are included.

  • Maintain and document operational specifications such as industrialized setup & configurations procedures to ensure setup consistency across environments.

  • Support development team in understanding the complexity and the sequences of the backlog items

  • Act as a role model, strive towards adding value and inspire all stakeholders to deliver beyond set objectives (agility & speed).

  • Support pro-actively the product team to improve the state of the product based on new capabilities, innovations, usability & performance to ensure best-in-class product delivery.



ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • University Degree in a relevant area

  • Proven track record in eCommerce & ERPs processes in FMCG companies.

  • 3+ years’ experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and S4 SD implementations, any type of certifications in SAP CX products is a plus.

  • At least 2 year of experience from a technical perspective hands-on in build, configuration, testing and go-live experience with S4 SD, ABAP and SAP Commerce cloud solution.

  • Knowledge in computer networks, programming principles, computer architectures, software development methodologies.

  • Technical background on how various component are working together (e.g. API connectivity, middleware, etc.); understanding of cloud applications.

  • Awareness of various project management practices (waterfall, agile, hybrid) with working experience with Scaled Agile or similar frameworks being an advantage

  • Proven ability to work in a cross-functional & multi-cultural environment.

  • Strong communication and influencing skills and English proficiency
