- Καθορίζεις τον οδικό χάρτη τεχνολογίας και ευθυγραμμίζεις τις λύσεις με τους επιχειρηματικούς στόχους.
- Καθορίζεις την αρχιτεκτονική πλατφορμών σύμφωνα με τον οδικό χάρτη, την Enterprise Architecture και το TOGAF.
- Επιβλέπεις τη διαχείριση του κύκλου ζωής των προϊόντων, από τον σχεδιασμό έως τη συντήρηση.
- Αξιολογείς λύσεις προμηθευτών και διαχειρίζεσαι τις σχέσεις με προμηθευτές.
- Σχεδιάζεις, αναπτύσσεις και παραμετροποιείς πλατφόρμες.
- Ενοποιείς digital platforms με άλλες πλατφόρμες.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ποιότητα μέσω ελέγχων και δοκιμών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την υιοθέτηση των λύσεων από τους επιχειρηματικούς συνεργάτες.
- Αναπτύσσεις και υλοποιείς λύσεις SharePoint για ενίσχυση της συνεργασίας και της συμμετοχής των εργαζομένων με Microsoft Viva.
- Επιβλέπεις την ανάπτυξη και το λανσάρισμα ιστοτόπων, επιλύοντας έγκαιρα τεχνικά ζητήματα.
- Διασφαλίζεις ότι η τεκμηρίωση των λύσεων παραμένει επικαιροποιημένη.

- Microsoft Office productivity suite, Microsoft Power Platform
- Software Development Life Cycle, Agile methodology, SAFe, DevSecOps
- TOGAF, Quality assurance και testing πλατφορμών, Vendor management
