Our Sales Leadership Trainees, will have the opportunity to learn about one of the most dynamic Salesforce and Commercial team in the market, that of Coca-Cola 3E. You will understand all different sides of the business through rotational assignments in order to gain and strengthen the critical capabilities to accelerate your career.

Are these your secret ingredients?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field, Masters degree will be considered as an asset
1-3 years of post-graduate formal working experience ideally in Sales
Participation in professional and/or leadership trainings, seminars, workshops, ideally commercial oriented
Participation in extracurricular activities (volunteering, campus, organizations, team sports etc.) will be considered as an asset
Passion for Sales & Commercial Roles
Fluency in English language (oral & written)
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Military service completed (if applicable)
Driver’s license
Important Notice: For this program, you can be located anywhere in Greece and be available for potential relocation within & after the completion of the program
