grc product configuration leader

We are seeking a Configuration Leader to support our compliance and risk management functions by configuring, optimizing, and maintaining all cyber security, data privacy and IT governance solutions (i.e. MetricStream GRC, OneTrust, Nagomi and PowerBI risk reporting etc.). In this role, you will work closely with compliance, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless system implementation, automation, and reporting capabilities.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively identify risks, assess control coverage, and evaluate effectiveness. Measure the success of mitigation plan implementation in addressing vulnerabilities, using tools like Nagomi.

• Configure and maintain tools like MetricStream GRC and OneTrust to meet compliance requirements.

• Support system deployment across all Business Units (BUs) and ensure smooth adoption.

• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting

• Work with compliance departments (Corporate Audit Department, Internal Controls, Business Resilience, Legal) to translate functional needs into configurable system solutions.

• Configure KPI/KRI dashboards and compliance reports.

• Provide insights into control performance and risk management through data analytics.

• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve compliance efficiency.

• Ensure seamless integration of automated controls with IT systems.

• Maintain and update automated compliance frameworks.

• Configure AI-driven risk assessment and monitoring tools.

• Implement automated risk alerting systems to enhance proactive compliance.

• Ensure AI and automation align with business rules and regulatory requirements.

• Evaluate and implement new compliance tools and solutions.

• Monitor and refine AI models and automation workflows.

• Work closely with IT, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet organizational goals.

• Support the enhancement of GRC and reporting solutions to drive continuous improvement.

• Close collaboration with GRC Platform Architect to optimize reporting and dashboard capabilities to enhance visibility into risk exposure and compliance status.

• Communicate system updates, automation improvements, and compliance insights to leadership.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in information systems, IT or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in configuring and managing governance, risk and compliance tools.

• Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.

• Expertise in automation, AI-driven monitoring, and data analytics.

• Knowledge of IT system integration, databases, and reporting tools.

• Certifications of OneTrust Solution on Expert Level would be an advantage.

• PL, SQL and Oracle database expertise would be an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
