ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

As a Data Privacy Leader - Risk Management you will support the compliance program execution for Corporate Service Center of Coca-Cola Hellenic in Athens, Sofia, Amsterdam, Vienna and Zug by organizing the completion of all respective compliance controls, maintaining Privacy risk oversight and supporting the ongoing evolution of the privacy program maturity working closely with the Group Data Privacy Team and the DPO.


YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Risk Management:

• Execute the review and update of the Records of Processing activities for all Corporate Service Centers

• Execute Data Privacy Impact Assessments for all Corporate Service Centers

• Execute Data Transfer Impact Assessments for all Corporate Service Centers

• Manage all privacy contractual elements for Corporate Service Centers services related to personal data (from sourcing to termination).

• Manage all privacy contractual elements for Intragroup/BCR and Business Partners agreements

• Support the evaluation of third parties’ risk with respect to the Protection of personal Data, monitor risks and the relative implementation of mitigation plan

• Maintain a Privacy Risk register and Mitigation Plan for all Corporate Service Centers personal data processes

• Review and optimize processes for own area (PA, DPIA, TIA, LIA).


Operations & Compliance:

• Lead activities, Monitor and Report Corporate Service Centers compliance level versus compliance KPI’s according to Internal Control and Compliance control framework.

• Coordinate and guide the employees and other stakeholders to implement the Data Privacy framework of the Group.

• Contribute and support Privacy training and awareness Contribute to Data Protection Awareness program and CCHBC Privacy Day (content creation, coordination)

• Support the employees on Data Privacy policy and organizational issues

• Coordinate changes arising from Group Data Protection Policy and Processes

• Execute Data Subject requests on time and according to Regulatory Timeframes

• Coordinate the Data Breach mgmt. process for Corporate Service Center(s) supporting the DPO in operations 

• Shadow Data Protection trends, decision and opinions of data protection authorities and contribute to the Data Protection strategy definition for the annual business plan process.


ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• 2+ years demonstrated experience in Data Privacy 

• University Degree in business administration, computer science or a related discipline is required

• Experience in Risk mgmt. or/and Compliance mgmt. roles focusing on IT, Security & Privacy Risk

• Professional certifications in the field of Data Privacy, control, or audit - IAPP CIPP/E, CIPT

• Very good knowledge of EU Data Protection Law (GDPR)

• Knowledge in Cryptographic protocols and tools, Privacy Enhancing Technologies & Online and mobile data protection

• Design/participation in global project implementation or deployment

• Experience in Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation projects

• Experience in management of Contracts for Data Privacy requirements

• Experience in international standards, such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701 

• Experience working with NIST Privacy Framework and NIST CyberSecurity Framework are an advance 

• Experience working with OneTrust Privacy Management platform is an advance

• Experience working following Safe Agile methodology is an advance

• Excellent written and oral communication in English

• Pro-active learner and team player 

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in a multi-cultural environment with sensitivity and respect for diversity.
