As a P&C Reporting & Analysis Specialist, you will provide essential insights by designing, developing, and generating regular and ad-hoc reports on Head Count and People Cost. Your role in budgeting cycles and variance monitoring will support organizational decision-making and strategic planning.

In this exciting role, you will:

• Prepare monthly reports and analysis related to Head Count and People Cost.
• Participate in the preparation of People Cost budgeting cycles.
• Closely monitor and identify variances between actuals vs budgeted results.
• Collaborate effectively with the Finance department.
• Participate in multiple cost scenario analysis and ad hoc reports.

You can be successful in this role, if you have:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in Financial or Payroll related role.
• Experience in working for an international company/on multinational projects.
• A strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, controlling aspects.
• University education in a Finance-related area.
• Fluency in English.
