We design, build, and maintain next-generation telecom networks—and we’re looking for a driven and field-oriented Business Manager to join our growing team at our Headquarters in Gerakas.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you’ll be the cornerstone between our clients, teams, and field operations—guaranteeing project profitability, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth.
This position requires active, on-site presence on FTTx projects, close collaboration with field teams, and hands-on involvement in daily operations—not just office-based management.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Lead and optimize FTTx and telecom projects—ensuring profitability, deadlines, and top-quality field delivery.

• Maintain strong, on-site engagement with project teams and ensure operational efficiency in the field.

• Build solid, lasting relationships with our clients and partners through a proactive, visible presence on projects.

• Drive business growth by anticipating client needs and identifying new opportunities.

• Manage and develop teams—ensuring skills, safety, and professional growth.

• Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards both in the office and on-site.

• Collaborate closely with Site Managers and technical teams to deliver operational excellence.

• Provide accurate reporting and performance analysis, while continuously improving field results.
