As a member of the Field Force Solutions & Service Level Management team, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems and applications under his organizational unit accountability, such as mobile apps and workflow systems.

Participating in the development/improvement of software for new services. Participating in the implementation phase, from analysis and functional design through to implementation. Assistance in rollout of software for new features/services. Providing support to the lifecycle management for the software developed by proactively contributing one's own ideas and suggestions for improvements. Being involved in software testing, analysis, and documentation as well as in the installation and configuration of software for new services.

Duties & responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces, integrating with backend systems and ensuring a seamless user experience
• Customize software to meet specific business needs. This may include building custom modules, features or workflows within the system
• Integrate with other enterprise systems and databases, such as customer relationship management (CRM) software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data management systems
• Evaluating the requirements and how they can be integrated into technology solutions, and assessing the technological options for implementation (bridge between business and technology)
• Preparing technical design documents (e.g., functional specifications)
• Clarifying the prerequisites for the operation and use of current interfaces to stakeholders
• Assisting with the quality assurance procedure while delivering a new project
• Monitor and optimize the performance of systems
• Ensure that mobile apps are accessible and responsive on various devices, such as tablets and smartphones
• Manage relationships with vendors, evaluate new solutions and negotiate contracts

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, JavaScript, or C++
• Familiarity with software development frameworks, such as React, Angular, Django, or Spring
• Experience with Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA, Oracle DB)
• Expertise in developing and maintaining microservices using Angular and Spring Boot
• Experience with Microservices architecture, Containerized Application & Kubernetes
• Understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and front-end and back-end development
• Knowledge of designing, building, and consuming APIs and web services
• Experience in writing unit tests and conducting debugging to ensure the reliability and quality of software
• Knowledge of cloud platforms for deploying and scaling applications
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Experience with Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to facilitate collaboration and project management
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation for code, APIs, and software design
