As a Shop Manager in Rethymno, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store, the adherence to company procedures, and the consistent implementation of the company’s commercial policy.
You will play a key role in motivating, guiding, and developing your team in order to achieve the targets set in line with the company’s strategic priorities.
You will also be responsible for resolving daily operational issues in collaboration with relevant internal departments and the Sales Section Manager, ensuring high levels of customer experience and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth operation of the store and compliance with company procedures and commercial policy
Motivate, guide, and train the store team to achieve business targets aligned with company strategy
Identify operational needs and resolve daily store issues in collaboration with internal departments and the Sales Section Manager
Oversee the effective promotion of products and services by store employees to all customers
Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of store equipment
Monitor the local market and competition, with focus on the Rethymno area
Required Skills
High School Diploma
Experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams
Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
English language proficiency at B2 level or equivalent certification
Preferred Qualifications
Higher Education degree (AEI/TEI/College)
Previous experience in retail store management or supervisory roles
