project manager (telecom & infra solutions)

The candidate will be responsible for managing complex Telecoms and ICT projects for the private and public sector in Greece as well as projects for EU Organizations according to committed scope, budget, and timeline.

Duties & responsibilities

·        Develop project plan according to company processes and project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)

·        Assemble project team and coordinate internal resources as well as external partners, subcontractors and suppliers

·        Provide leadership and motivation to project team

·        Accurate and timely reporting to clients and management

·        Change Management (Scope, Schedule, Cost) according to company policies

·        Perform Risk Management and escalate issues effectively in a timely manner

·        Develop and maintain Project Documentation according to company policies

Required Skills

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field

·        At least three (3) years experience in the ICT field (project management, technical or pre-sales)

·        Customer and goal oriented

·        Strategic thinking and strong business acumen

·        Ability to work under pressure

·        Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies

·        Client-facing and internal communication skills

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Fluent in Greek and English language (C2 level)

·        MS Office, MS Project

·        Military obligations fulfilled

Additional Skills

·        Experience working at a Technology Provider or ICT Integrator

·        Experience in Public Sector projects and relevant legal framework

·        Network Engineer Certification (Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, etc.)

·        PMI PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification

·        Scrum Master Certification (e.g. PSM I)
