presales engineer (it solutions)

As a Presales Engineer you will be part of a very competent team that provides IT solutions (technical description & cost analysis) for the Greek market (public & private sector).

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Quality documentation in solution designs for current and future customers

• Preparation and demonstration of proposed IT solutions to customers

• Techno-economic studies ROI (Return on Investment) & TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)

• Proposals preparation based on the optimal techno-economic proposition and according to customer’s needs

• Response to RFPs, providing high level guidance and direction on project teams regarding architectural aspects

• Management of the overall design and architecture of the solution, including research, internal meetings (with solution architects, technical teams, sales teams, partners), costing, prototype creation and development

• Research and development of solutions for upcoming deliverables

Required skills:

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering

• Excellent in technical writing (in Greek and in English)

• Excellent in developing technical presentations and presenting them to business or/and technical audience

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions, cloud services, cyber security solutions, Microsoft M365 portfolio, AI

• At least 3-4 years working experience as Presales Engineer

• Analytical thinking

• Focused on solution

• Strong organizational skills

• Demonstrate and promote respect, professionalism, positive behavior and team spirit

• Proficient in English language (C2, verbal/writing)

• MS Office applications experience

• Capability of working under pressure

Preferred skills:

• Bid management experience

• Cloud/IT infrastructure certifications

• ITIL framework certified

• GDPR familiar
