ict service manager

The candidate will be responsible for the Service Management of ICT services and contracts.

Duties & responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall service management and reporting in line with the contractual SLA/KPIs
• Lead internal teams and sub-contractors in case of crisis incident
• Incident management and Change management processes
• Manage & schedule status meetings with internal teams, vendors, stakeholders, and the customer
• Managing, defining, and monitoring all ITSM processes per contract
• Service monitoring and improvement by interacting with delivery teams
• Presenting the monthly contract reports to customer
• Propose proactive measures for service level improvement

Required Skills

• BS/BEng Degree in a related field such as Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a customer facing project/program delivery leadership role
• Very good written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills
• Communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Comprehensive understanding of IT standard SLAs and KPIs
• Very good knowledge of IT services contracts

Preferred Skills

• ITIL intermediate level or practitioner certification
• Agile certifications
