Responsibilities

• Be the mastermind behind our company's technological transformation. Analyze business data and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to turn our wildest tech dreams into reality and develop innovative solutions
• Understand how business functions operate and analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and problems
• Produce high-quality work products (such as user requirements, functional specifications, user stories, user manuals, UAT scenarios)
• Develop and implement test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards 
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on project status, issues, and risks.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Guru of project and software lifecycles, with an understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and tools
• Agile working experience
• Working knowledge/exposure for Waterfall Methodology
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
• Ability to think in an unexpected way and come up with creative solutions
• A lover of spreadsheets and passionate about tools like Jira, Trello etc.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to cooperate with both executives and technical staff in Greek and English
• Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from our outstanding mentors
