Τι θα κάνεις
- Διαχειρίζεσαι την παράδοση μικρών αλλαγών και βελτιώσεων στην ομάδα EMEA IT.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον επιχειρησιακό υπεύθυνο και τα ενδιαφερόμενα μέρη για τη διαχείριση του backlog και την έγκαιρη, εντός προϋπολογισμού παράδοση απαιτήσεων.
- Οργανώνεις και συντονίζεις συναντήσεις ενδιαφερόμενων μερών, αναφέροντας την πρόοδο και διαχειριζόμενος/η κινδύνους και ζητήματα.
- Διατηρείς και ιεραρχείς το backlog, συντονίζοντας τη διαδικασία οριοθέτησης και εκτίμησης για κάθε έκδοση συντήρησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι διαλειτουργικές ομάδες έργου για την υλοποίηση αλλαγών IT στην επιχείρηση.
- Επιβλέπεις τις δοκιμές SIT και UAT και την ανάπτυξη αλλαγών, σύμφωνα με τη διαδικασία ελέγχου αλλαγών.
- Διενεργείς τακτικές αξιολογήσεις παράδοσης, επιλύεις ζητήματα και προωθείς τη συνεχή βελτίωση.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τον τρίτο πάροχο πόρων και παρακολουθείς την κατανομή πόρων και τους προϋπολογισμούς.
