Responsibilities:

• Perform Business Analysis of work in the CGM IT team (specifically for Enhancements projects and Application Support). 
• Own the end-to-end delivery of requirements. 
• Systematically document requirements for system change. 
•  Work with the Business representatives, Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and Testers in the delivery of documented requirements. 
•  Provide systems analysis for the resolution of business problems. 
•  Work closely with the rest of the CGM IT team in the delivery of the team workload. 
• To identify areas of opportunity within the CGM IT team for enhancing overall effectiveness and quality, and to propose initiatives to address these. 
• Τo mentor and coach others within the team. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment. 
•  A depth and breadth of experience in formal business analysis techniques/methods including traditional Waterfall and Agile methods. 
• Experience of owning the definition of requirements for a projects and owning the end to end delivery through to Go Live. 
• Experience of providing analysis for application support purposes for a set of applications 
• Business Analysis skills and techniques. 
• Software Delivery Lifecycle. 
• Requirements Management and Traceability.
• Insurance and London Markets expertise (desirable but not essential). 
• Team working and stakeholder management.
