- Ολοκληρώνεις και δημοσιεύεις αναφορές Root Cause Analysis για περιστατικά P1 και P2.
- Υλοποιείς αλλαγές κώδικα σε SQL ή Java για βελτιώσεις και tickets προβλημάτων.
- Εκτελείς τακτικές και επαναλαμβανόμενες εργασίες και διαδικασίες συστημάτων για την υποστήριξη της καθημερινής λειτουργίας.
- Εκτελείς εργασίες και διαδικασίες συστημάτων για υποχρεωτικές κανονιστικές αναφορές.
- Αυτοματοποιείς την εκτέλεση και συντήρηση χειροκίνητων εργασιών και διαδικασιών συστημάτων.
- Καλλιεργείς ισχυρές σχέσεις με προμηθευτές και εσωτερικές ομάδες για αποτελεσματική Application Support.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με προμηθευτές λογισμικού τρίτων.
