Τι θα κάνεις
- Εκτελείς καθημερινές λογιστικές εργασίες και τηρείς τα λογιστικά βιβλία σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις της ελληνικής νομοθεσίας.
- Υποστηρίζεις το μηνιαίο, τριμηνιαίο και ετήσιο κλείσιμο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων λογιστικών εγγραφών, δεδουλευμένων και συμφωνιών λογαριασμών.
- Προετοιμάζεις και ελέγχεις συμφωνίες ισολογισμού, ενδοομιλικές συμφωνίες και αναλύσεις αποκλίσεων.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία λογιστικών αρχείων, οικονομικών καταστάσεων και συνοδευτικών καταστάσεων σύμφωνα με την τοπική νομοθεσία.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία τεκμηρίωσης για φορολογικούς, θεσμικούς και εξωτερικούς ελέγχους.
- Υποστηρίζεις αναφορές ΦΠΑ, παρακρατούμενων φόρων και λοιπής φορολογικής συμμόρφωσης σύμφωνα με την ελληνική νομοθεσία.
- Υποστηρίζεις την έγκαιρη υποβολή λογιστικών και κανονιστικών παραδοτέων εντός των ισχυουσών προθεσμιών.
- Παρακολουθείς και εφαρμόζεις συστάσεις ελέγχου και βελτιώσεις εσωτερικών δικλίδων ελέγχου.
- Τηρείς τις διαδικασίες εσωτερικών δικλίδων ελέγχου και διασφαλίζεις ακρίβεια, πληρότητα και συμμόρφωση στις λογιστικές εργασίες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λογιστικές αρχές και διαδικασίες χρηματοοικονομικής αναφοράς
- Ελληνική λογιστική σύμφωνα με τη νομοθεσία και φορολογική συμμόρφωση
- Λογιστικές εγγραφές, συμφωνίες λογαριασμών και ανάλυση αποκλίσεων
- Τήρηση λογιστικών βιβλίων και προετοιμασία οικονομικών καταστάσεων
- Υποστήριξη ελέγχων και εσωτερικές δικλίδες ελέγχου
- Microsoft Excel και Microsoft Office
