community associate

As part of its development plan, it is seeking to hire a Community Associate for its Athens office.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls & emails from users
• Moderate user-generated content (such as merchant reviews, product reviews) in a timely, friendly, and professional manner, to educate and create positive connections with our users and potential user communities
• Interact with users on social networks, on behalf of the brand, using its unique, brand voice
• Identify and report behavioural and technical issues, patterns, and trends in the online community
• Follow up customer calls or emails where necessary
• Proofread, re-structure and edit articles, marketing materials & website text
• Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. Social Media posts, blog posts, ads, internal communication, etc)

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek/English language
• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position, preferably in an eCommerce environment
• Proven history of maintaining and developing an online community
• Familiarity with social media and digital marketing
• BSc degree in Marketing or other relevant Digital Business field will be an asset
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong sense of empathy for users and genuine interest in connecting with and forming relationships with them
• Attention to detail
• Collaborative, team player and enthusiastic
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media
