pharmaceutical (otc) tele-sales representative

Bennett Pharmaceutical industry, an 100% Greek company, leader in pharmaceutical market, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharmaceutical (OTC) Tele-Sales representative based in Kifisia

Main responsibilities

• Maintain & develop the clientele in his/her areas of responsibility through daily communication via telephone & e-mail

• Implement different selling strategies to achieve agreement & orders taking

• Perform all the necessary reporting to internal stakeholders regarding the evolution of any crucial KPIs.

• Excellent product’s detailing, effectively informing pharmacists regarding syntheses, competitive advantages and proper use

• Excellent knowledge of the category & the competition to create effective argumentation when needed

• Forward to internal stakeholders, any complaints coming from the clients within the specified time limits

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales via telephone or customer service

• Previous experience in pharma/OTC sector will be considered a strong asset

• Assertive, result-oriented professional with strong communication & negotiation skills.

• Ability to set priorities & manage multiple stakeholders.

• Very good knowledge of English (oral & written), native Greek language.

• Team player who pursues both individual & team goals.
