YOUR CHALLENGE
You will drive our on trade strategy in your region, unlocking success through flawless execution of all activation across our portfolio.
Critically it will be about step changing how we cut through what is an incredibly tough, competitive and challenging environment - via innovative cutting-edge activation to ensure we influence consumer choice both in outlet and beyond, as well as delivering profitable growth for the business.

We are looking for primos who want to be part of our Family and want to develop their career in a dynamic team. You need to be results oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the activation and distribution of the whole Bacardi product portfolio in the On Trade channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with the local Distributor Field Sales and multiple operating teams to lead and deliver the agreed activation plan at customer level. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our products are always available, visible, attractive, recommended, and served perfectly every time . The successful candidate should be capable to identify new commercial opportunities, invest in new channels or regions, collaborate in creative ways with our partners, and execute programmes to create value for the business and our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the Business Managers team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: Excellence in execution in top on trade and NSV
Build effective long-term relationships with key Customers & influencers.
Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the top ON-Trade customers
Ensure shoppers find our Brands in the right outlets in the On Trade
Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets
You will look for new outlets to ensure our brands are where our consumers buy
Drive value share growth for our brands in the On-Trade Channel
SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
Operating at pace and being able to multitask effectively, combined with a passion to develop, are all essential skills needed to excel within this role. You will also need:
Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within Sales (preferably within beverage industry)
Mathematical literacy
Confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Self-starter, comfortable in multi-skilling and operating at pace
Excellent organisation and planning skills
A passion for the drinks industry and building 1st class customer relationships
A flair for presenting ideas and plans with the ability to flex style to their audience
Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity
Remains abreast of legal regulations in the industry
