The Strategic Accounts Executive is responsible for all issues relating to the Strategic Accounts that he/she manages. The main purpose of this role is to take all necessary actions so that the client will renew its fleet with Ayvens. To achieve this he/she must ensure that the client is managed according to the agreed SLA and in line with Ayvens' strategy. To be successful in this position, he/she must develop the relationship with all DMU members and must take initiatives to demonstrate to the clients the value addition that Ayvens brings with its products and services.
Furthermore he/she must optimize the profitability of the clients he/she manages and where applicable, try to increase penetration.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Monitor all daily requests from accounts and ensure that they are handled within the timeframe defined by the SLA.
· Handle RFQ and follow up quotes until they are closed. Steer volume according to guidelines.
· Take ownership of all client complaints and ensure they are resolved within agreed performance standards.
· Ensure that all client data and interactions are recorded in the CRM tool.
· Conduct visits to all the clients as defined in the Sales Manual and the annual Sales Plan.
· Follow closely developments in the LTR and Car market including competition.
· Build solid relationships with all the members of Client’s DMU and focus on increasing Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Index.
· Develop in cooperation with line manager an annual Strategic Plan for every account and ensure timely implementation.
· Have a clear insight of client’s performance including profitability and take initiatives to improve it in cases that it is below average.
· Improve Customer Experience in order to reinforce Customers’ satisfaction and Loyalty Index by suggesting improvements in processes products and
systems.
· Identify threats for the client and develop an appropriate defense plan.
· Actively participate in any ad-hoc projects/team activities as may be required.
· Obtain in depth knowledge of all products and market propositions of Ayvens and keep abreast of all developments and updates related to them.
· Actively participate in the launching of new products and services.
· Coordinate marketing activities including client events.
· Be a role model for Ayvens value and culture.
· Monitoring & Reporting.
· Meet all agreed SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS
Hard Skills
University Degree (preferably in Economics, Business or Finance)
Professional experience with a minimum of five (5) years in an equivalent level, preferably in B2B services
Very Good knowledge of Ms Office ( Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Very good command of the English language
Challenger with strong negotiation skills
Ability to use common sense in problem solving
Be able to work under pressure and take fast decisions
