- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα οδηγών για συντήρηση, ελαστικά και αντικαταστάσεις, παρέχοντας εγκρίσεις σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες κατασκευαστή.
- Παρακολουθείς στενά το κόστος επισκευών, συντήρησης και αντικατάστασης ελαστικών για μέγιστη εξοικονόμηση.
- Εξασφαλίζεις συμφωνημένες τιμές με τους προμηθευτές και ενημερώνεις τον πελάτη για το συνολικό κόστος επισκευής.
- Διαπραγματεύεσαι την ανάκτηση κόστους βάσει εγγύησης σε οχήματα εκτός εργοστασιακής εγγύησης.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις παράπονα οδηγών.
- Καταγράφεις όλες τις αλληλεπιδράσεις στο κατάλληλο εργαλείο CRM και ολοκληρώνεις τις σχετικές εργασίες.
- Εντοπίζεις και κλιμακώνεις καταστάσεις που απαιτούν προσοχή.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με συναδέλφους και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για τον έλεγχο άμεσων και έμμεσων costs.
- Προωθείς τη συνεχή βελτίωση και καταρτίζεις σχέδια δράσης για τη βελτίωση της λειτουργικής αποτελεσματικότητας.
- Εκπαιδεύεις νέα συνεργεία στο δίκτυο Ayvens.
- Επιθεωρείς καθημερινά τα συνεργεία κατά τη διάρκεια επισκευών, συντήρησης και αποκατάστασης ζημιών.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εμπειρία στην αγορά αυτοκινήτου και συντονισμός συντήρησης αυτοκινήτων
- Αγγλική γλώσσα και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Έλεγχος κόστους και διαπραγμάτευση
- Επίλυση παραπόνων και διαχείριση κλιμακώσεων
- Εργαλεία CRM και διαχείριση προμηθευτών
- Ομαδικότητα, έλεγχος και εκπαίδευση συνεργείων
- Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
