- Διαχειρίζεσαι αιτήματα πελατών και οδηγών μέσω τηλεφώνου και email, παρέχοντας έγκαιρες και αποτελεσματικές λύσεις.
- Καλλιεργείς επαγγελματικές και φιλικές σχέσεις με βασικές επαφές για τη διασφάλιση της ικανοποίησης των πελατών.
- Παραλαμβάνεις και καταχωρίζεις παραγγελίες νέων αυτοκινήτων με ακρίβεια.
- Δημιουργείς και παραδίδεις αναφορές στα αρμόδια τμήματα εντός των συμφωνημένων προθεσμιών.
- Επαληθεύεις συμφωνίες τιμών και εκπτώσεις από αντιπροσώπους.
- Συντονίζεις προμηθευτές, πελάτες και οδηγούς για ομαλές και έγκαιρες παραδόσεις οχημάτων.
- Παρακολουθείς τα αιτήματα παράδοσης έως την ολοκλήρωσή τους και προετοιμάζεις τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα.
- Υποστηρίζεις τους οδηγούς σε όλη τη διαδικασία παράδοσης.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία για προγράμματα παραδόσεων, μεταφορές οχημάτων και τοποθετήσεις aftermarket στα συστήματα της Ayvens.
- Συντονίζεις με αντιπροσώπους τις ημερομηνίες παράδοσης και ενημερώνεις τα αρχεία στο βασικό σύστημα.
- Συντονίζεις την έκδοση αριθμών κυκλοφορίας και ασφάλισης για νέα οχήματα.
- Υποστηρίζεις την τιμολόγηση πελατών και προμηθευτών, καταχωρίζοντας τιμολόγια και προετοιμάζοντας τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα πελατών και οδηγών, συνεργαζόμενος/η με αντιπροσώπους για την επίλυσή τους.
- Εντοπίζεις και κλιμακώνεις ζητήματα που απαιτούν περαιτέρω διαχείριση.

- Προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία, Αγγλική γλώσσα και Επικοινωνία μέσω email
- Customer service και Διαχείριση παραπόνων
- Διαχείριση παραγγελιών, Συντονισμός παραδόσεων και Τιμολόγηση
- Οργάνωση και διαχείριση χρόνου, Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και Τήρηση αρχείων
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων και Κριτική σκέψη
- CRM systems και Microsoft Office Suite
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Λογιστική Διαχείριση / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
