The International Key Accounts Executive is responsible for all issues relating to the International Key Accounts that they manage. The role reports to the Head of International Key Accounts. The main purpose of this role is to take all necessary actions to ensure that the client will renew its fleet with Ayvens. To achieve this, the Executive must ensure that the client is managed according to the agreed SLA and in line with Ayvens’ strategy. To be successful in this position, the International Key Accounts Executive must develop solid relationships with all DMU members and take initiatives to demonstrate to clients the added value that Ayvens brings with its products and services. Furthermore, the International Key Accounts Executive must optimize the profitability of the clients they manage and, where applicable, seek to increase penetration.

🎯 Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor daily all accounts’ requests and ensure that they are handled within the timeframe, as defined in the SLA.

  • Handle RFQs and follow up quotes until they are closed. Steer volume according to guidelines.

  • Manage tenders in collaboration with the Ayvens Management team, ensuring alignment and maximizing success in tender processes.

  • Take ownership of all client complaints and ensure resolution within agreed performance standards.

  • Ensure that all clients’ data and interactions are recorded in Ayvens’ CRM tool.

  • Conduct visits to all clients, as defined in the Sales Manual and the annual Sales Plan.

  • Follow closely developments in the LTR and car market, including competition.

  • Build solid relationships with all members of the client’s DMU.

  • Improve customer experience in order to reinforce customer satisfaction and loyalty by suggesting improvements in processes, products, and systems.

  • In cooperation with the line manager, develop an annual strategic plan for every account and ensure timely implementation.

  • Identify threats for the client and develop an appropriate defense plan.

  • Obtain in-depth knowledge of all products and market propositions of Ayvens and keep abreast of all developments and updates related to them.

  • Participate actively in the launching of new products and services.

  • Collaborate effectively with the International Key Accounts Coordinator

  • Be a role model of Ayvens’ values and culture.

🧠 Qualifications & Skills:

  • University Degree (preferably in Economics, Business or Finance)

  • Professional experience with a minimum of five (5) years in an equivalent level, preferably in B2B services

  • Very Good knowledge of Ms Office ( Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Customer Experience Mentality

  • Effective on rapport building

  • Challenger with strong negotiation skills

  • Ability to present effectively

  • Ability to use common sense in problem solving

  • Be able to work under pressure and take fast decisions

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Very good command of the English language
