- Υποστηρίζεις συνολικά τον/την International Key Account Executive.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και παρακολουθείς τα αιτήματα πελατών από την αρχή έως την επίλυσή τους.
- Χτίζεις και διατηρείς επαγγελματικές σχέσεις με βασικές επαφές πελατών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις αποτελεσματικά παράπονα πελατών.
- Υποστηρίζεις και εκπαιδεύεις πελάτες στη χρήση εταιρικών ψηφιακών εργαλείων.
- Συντονίζεσαι με εσωτερικά τμήματα για την ομαλή διαχείριση αναγκών και ζητημάτων πελατών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία και τον συντονισμό συναντήσεων και εκδηλώσεων πελατών.
- Καταχωρίζεις όλες τις αλληλεπιδράσεις με πελάτες στο CRM, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια των δεδομένων.
- Εντοπίζεις ζητήματα που απαιτούν κλιμάκωση και διασφαλίζεις την κατάλληλη αντιμετώπισή τους.
- Προετοιμάζεις και αποστέλλεις προτάσεις και RFPs πελατών εντός των συμφωνημένων προθεσμιών.
- Καταχωρίζεις παραγγελίες με ακρίβεια και及时α στα εσωτερικά συστήματα.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία και υποβολή ετήσιων πιστωτικών ορίων πελατών.
- Διατηρείς ενημερωμένα τα δεδομένα πωλήσεων και πελατών στα σχετικά πληροφοριακά συστήματα.
- Αρχειοθετείς και οργανώνεις την τεκμηρίωση πελατών σύμφωνα με τα εταιρικά πρότυπα.
- Τηρείς τις εταιρικές πολιτικές, τις οδηγίες επικοινωνίας και τα πρότυπα του brand.
- Τηρείς τα συμφωνημένα SLA και KPI.
- Υποστηρίζεις τη δημιουργία και παράδοση αναφορών προς πελάτες με ακρίβεια και εντός προθεσμίας.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και υποστήριξη πελατών μέσω τηλεφώνου και email.
- Επικοινωνία, διαπραγμάτευση και διαχείριση σχέσεων με πελάτες.
- CRM tools και διαχείριση δεδομένων πελατών.
- MS Office και ψηφιακές πλατφόρμες.
- Αριθμητική ικανότητα και χρηματοοικονομικός γραμματισμός.
- Διοικητική υποστήριξη, διαχείριση εγγράφων και reporting.
- Γρήγορη και ακριβής πληκτρολόγηση.
