- Παρακολουθείς την ολοκλήρωση όλων των αιτήσεων πελατών
- Προετοιμάζεις και αποστέλλεις προτάσεις στους πελάτες εντός συμφωνημένων προθεσμιών
- Διασφαλίζεις την αποτελεσματική εισαγωγή πελατών στα συστήματα της εταιρείας και τη διαδικασία έγκρισης πιστώσεων
- Καταχωρείς παραγγελίες γρήγορα και με ακρίβεια
- Παρέχεις ακριβείς αναφορές σε πελάτες και εσωτερικά τμήματα εντός χρονικού πλαισίου
- Ενημερώνεις τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα πωλήσεων
- Αρχειοθετείς έγγραφα που αφορούν πελάτες
- Συντονίζεις με όλα τα τμήματα για την αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών
- Επιλύεις παράπονα πελατών
- Καταχωρείς τις αλληλεπιδράσεις με πελάτες στο CRM
- Βοηθάς στην προετοιμασία και συντονισμό εκδηλώσεων πελατών
- Αναγνωρίζεις και προωθείς καταστάσεις που χρήζουν προσοχής
- Τηρείς τις πολιτικές και τις οδηγίες της εταιρείας διασφαλίζοντας τη σωστή επικοινωνία σύμφωνα με την ταυτότητα της εταιρείας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Διοικητικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελάτη
- Γνώση εργαλείων CRM και υποστηρικτικών διοικητικών διαδικασιών
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών προφορικά και γραπτά
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας εγγράφως και προφορικά
- Ταχύτητα και ακρίβεια στην πληκτρολόγηση
- Γνώσεις Πληροφορικής
