Τι θα κάνεις
- Εκδίδεις τιμολόγια για πωλήσεις μεταχειρισμένων οχημάτων προς εμπόρους, οδηγούς και ιδιώτες πελάτες.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τιμολογήσεις για εξαγορές οχημάτων και αγορές στο τέλος συμβάσεων.
- Ελέγχεις την πληρότητα και ακρίβεια των δικαιολογητικών πριν από την έκδοση τιμολογίων.
- Εκδίδεις πιστωτικά σημειώματα και διορθώνεις τιμολόγια όταν απαιτείται.
- Παρακολουθείς εκκρεμείς συναλλαγές και μεριμνάς για την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωσή τους.
- Τηρείς ακριβή αρχεία και δικαιολογητικά για συναλλαγές πώλησης οχημάτων.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με τις ομάδες Remarketing, Πωλήσεων, Operations και Finance για την επίλυση θεμάτων τιμολόγησης.
- Υποστηρίζεις συμφωνίες και ελέγχους για συναλλαγές πώλησης μεταχειρισμένων οχημάτων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Τιμολόγηση και διοικητική υποστήριξη πωλήσεων για συναλλαγές πώλησης μεταχειρισμένων οχημάτων
- Διορθώσεις τιμολογίων και πιστωτικά σημειώματα
- Έλεγχος δικαιολογητικών και τήρηση αρχείων
- Συμφωνίες λογαριασμών και οικονομικοί έλεγχοι
- Microsoft Excel και ERP systems
- Διαχείριση προθεσμιών και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Λογιστική / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Οικονομικά / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
