- Παρέχεις έγκαιρη υποστήριξη και πληροφορίες σε οδηγούς μετά από ατυχήματα
- Παρακολουθείς τη δράση συνεργατών σύμφωνα με SLA
- Κατευθύνεις τις εκτιμήσεις ζημιών στο δίκτυο προτιμώμενων προμηθευτών
- Ολοκληρώνεις υποθέσεις κλοπών και ολικών ζημιών εντός συμφωνημένων προθεσμιών
- Παρακολουθείς στενά τις ασφαλιστικές αξιώσεις για ελαχιστοποίηση εκκρεμοτήτων
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και επιλύεις αποτελεσματικά παράπονα οδηγών
- Συνεργάζεσαι με όλα τα τμήματα για αποτελεσματική διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση της αγοράς αυτοκινήτων
- MS Office
- Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
