To ensure effective and efficient orders execution. To collaborate with the Sales and Marketing department of After Sales, to ensure a healthy stock and provide excellent service level by ensuring the timely delivery of ordered parts.

Core Responsibilities

• Receive daily customer orders and check on correctness and compliance with company policies.

• Dispatch of orders to the warehouse for execution and monitoring of their progress.

• Forecast demand for spare parts based on historical data utilizing the company's forecasting systems.

• Monitor availability to optimize customer service and stock level.

• Keeping organized records of all communications and transactions related to orders.

• Invoicing of dispatched orders

• Generate reporting for sales, stock and various KPIs.

• Communication with customers about orders, delays and shipping questions.

• Monitor and assist customers with cancellations or claims.

• Purchase orders for required parts based on stock levels and sales forecast.

• Track the full cycle from purchase order to import into the warehouse.

• Contact the supplier for all relevant information about purchases and shipments.

Qualifications

• University degree

• Strong target-oriented approach

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Pro-active and dynamic working approach

• Very good communication in English, both in writing and speaking

• Excellent knowledge of PC (Excel, Word, SAP)
