We are seeking an Operations Associate to support the Operations team, with a primary focus on Facilities Management, space planning, and office logistics.

The role will act as a central coordination point for office space allocation, facilities-related requests, and operational logistics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across departments.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Supporting facilities management and daily office operations

• Coordinate space planning & seating allocation in collaboration with Operations and HR

• Supporting office moves, layouts, and workspace optimization

• Managing and coordinate office logistics, suppliers, and service providers

• Tracking and responding to facilities-related operational requests

• Maintaining basic documentation, inventories, and operational records

• Supporting operational projects related to office infrastructure and setups

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, or related field

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, facilities, logistics, or office management

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Hands-on, practical mindset

• Very good command of English and Greek

• Good knowledge of MS Office
