Autohellas is seeking a skilled LCV Project Manager to join our KIA Hellas dynamic team!

Core Responsibilities

• Has full control and responsibility over the LCV product.

• Defining and developing the product lineup to meet customer needs and market trends.

• Manages product specifications, configuration options, and pricing strategy.

• Conducts continuous competitive analysis to ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with market demands.

• Actively engages with fleet customers and key accounts

• Promotes the vehicle directly to end-user companies as well as to leasing companies, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Supports the dealership network by participating in customer meetings and helping with close key deals.

• Acts as a liaison between the brand and the network to ensure product positioning and sales strategies are well-executed.

• Contributes to production planning and overseeing the product lifecycle.

• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders across the product supply chain.

• Conducts regular sales and market analysis to support strategic decisions and develop sales & market reports.

• Is Responsible for sales and profitability planning / targets.

Qualifications

• University degree

• At least 5 years relevant experience in LCV automotive industry

• Strong target-oriented approach, both commercial and financial targets

• Strong analytical, organizational and negotiation skills

• Ability to perform under pressure.

• Availability for periodic trips within Greece

• Excellent communication in English, both in writing and speaking

• Excellent knowledge of PC (Excel, Word, PP, SAP)
