A Sales & Digital Marketer is responsible for the company’s online presence and the overall planning of the marketing strategy in all channels. Accountable for leading and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying trends and determining improvements. Oversees social media platforms and runs online advertisements utilizing the latest marketing tools. Deals with stakeholders requirements and needs in professional sales-oriented manner following the company standards and procedures.

Applicant’s main accountabilities:

• Plans, designs and optimizes Google Ads, online campaigns and e-mail marketing.

• Manages and monitors SEO/SEM as well as web traffic metrics.

• Oversees social media pages of the Group and identifies trends in customer interactions.

• Collaborates with photographers, graphic designers, video producers, copywriters and product managers to create new content.

• Manages and allocates efficiently the given budget to several channels in order to maximize the ROI.

• Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, through monthly statistical comparative analyses and reports.

• Creates competitive proposals and reports in collaboration with the sales department.

Applicant’s main qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years’ related experience in similar role.

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Digital marketing, Hospitality, Business/Tourism Administration or relevant field would be considered as extra asset.

• Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics; certifications are considered as an asset.

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn).
