Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Άπταιστα Γερμανικά και καλά Αγγλικά
- Τεχνολογική κατάρτιση και περιέργεια για τις τελευταίες τεχνολογίες
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με εμπειρία ευνοϊκή
- Επικοινωνία μέσω Email, Chat και Τηλεφώνου
- Δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και εμπάθεια
