Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Άριστη γνώση Ολλανδικών ή Φλαμανδικών και Αγγλικών
- Προχωρημένες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας και ενεργητικής ακρόασης
- Ισχυρές αναλυτικές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων
- Άνεση στη χρήση MS Office και G-Suite
- Ευελιξία στην εργασία σε βάρδιες

Περιγραφή Θέσης
In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of BPO vendors to ensure the highest quality of customer experience while supporting stable and efficient operations. You will also play a key role in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving to support external teams and frontline escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer support
Provide specialized support for complex issues beyond frontline capabilities
Identify and recommend process improvements
Participate in daily alignment
Communicate with customers when necessary
Requirements
2+ years of experience in online customer service or back-office roles
Strong analytical, prioritization, and active listening skills
Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
Advanced communication skills
Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holiday),– with at least 1 weekend off per month)
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish and English
