Right now, we are looking for a passionate and self-driven Brand Manager to join our Marketing Team, with strong entrepreneurial spirit, ready to manage & drive change for one of our most dynamically growing brands in the market.
Key Accountabilities:
- Demonstrate thorough market and consumer trends analysis and understanding, generating meaningful conclusions and strong insights.
- Contribute to brand strategy and own brand positioning.
- Develop Annual Brand Plans across Brand, Trade Marketing and Sales to deliver business objectives.
- Create organizational alignment and commitment to effectively roll out the planned activities across commercial functions (Sales, Trade, Marketing). Work closely with the sales team.
- Consistently track performance, market and brand health and propose improvements.
- Responsible for the briefing – debriefing process, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders to deliver winning marketing plans.
- Manage agencies and champion brand building content.
- Understand the power of different touchpoints and orchestrate the delivery of overall media plan and digital strategy.
- Hold responsibility of brand sponsorships and experiential activations.
- Responsible for Packaging development of existing or new SKUs.
- Budget management, ongoing monitoring, and control.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree at postgraduate level (preferably marketing related studies).
- Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in brand management.
- Holistic business understanding and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively within teams as well as independently.
- Experience in digital and social media platforms and technologies.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Athenian Brewery is the largest beer production & distribution company in Greece, with 60 years of active presence in the country and in the market.
The company was founded in 1963 by a group of five Greek entrepreneurs, and it is a member of the HEINEKEN Group.
Focusing on the current and tomorrow needs and desires of customers & consumers, it has a wide portfolio of high-quality products with some of the most popular beer brands (with & without alcohol) in Greece, while it is also active in the market of cider and bottled water.
Our brands
We produce in Greece the beers Amstel, Heineken, ALFA, Fischer, MAMOS (licensed agreement with the Mamos family), NYMFI and Buckler, but also two cider brands MILOKLEFTIS and Strongbow. At the same time, we import well-known beer brands, including Sol, Mc Farland, Erdinger, Murphy’s, Duvel.
Since April 1, 2021 in collaboration with Bacardi Greece, Athenian Brewery also distributes Bacardi’s brands in the Greek market including: BACARDĺ® rum, MARTINI® vermouth and sparkling wines, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® gin, GRAY GOOSE® vodka, Scottish DEWAR'S® and tequila PATRÓN, strengthening their presence in the market.
In Greece for Greece
We produce in Greece 17 beer brands and line extensions with 100% Greek barley sourced through the collaboration with more than 2,000 farmers, and Greek raw materials. We have three breweries in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras and two malteries in Thessaloniki and Patras. In Patras we also produce our ciders, with Greek apple juice and Greek raw materials.

We are the largest beer exporter in Greece for over 40 years. With the help of an extensive distribution and sales network, we produce and distribute our products in 19 countries and on 5 continents.

We believe in stable relationships and partnerships and we are proud to have a strong network of partners across Greece, consisting of 100,000 selling points, 1,300 wholesalers, and 4,600 suppliers.
