Right now, we are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Accounting Process Analyst to join our Finance Team with a temporary contract until December 2026. We are seeking an individual to support and optimize accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role involves analyzing workflows, identifying improvements, and implementing best practices. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a process-driven mindset, ownership, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities
Supporting the management of invoices in compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues, ensuring timely and accurate entry of invoices up to their receipt
Supporting the purchase-to-pay cycle in cooperation with business shared services
Assisting with the process of creating new suppliers in company’s systems, self-billing procedures, and other related processes
Monitoring and implementing the company’s credit policy and managing customer payment delays in cooperation with the Sales and Legal functions, according to the credit control procedure
Candidate Profile
Degree from a University/Technical Institute in Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields
Up to 3 years relevant experience
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Very good command of English
Experience in using ERP systems (SAP)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines & solve problems
Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an additional qualification

Athenian Brewery is the largest beer production & distribution company in Greece, with 60 years of active presence in the country and in the market.
The company was founded in 1963 by a group of five Greek entrepreneurs, and it is a member of the HEINEKEN Group.
Focusing on the current and tomorrow needs and desires of customers & consumers, it has a wide portfolio of high-quality products with some of the most popular beer brands (with & without alcohol) in Greece, while it is also active in the market of cider and bottled water.
Our brands
We produce in Greece the beers Amstel, Heineken, ALFA, Fischer, MAMOS (licensed agreement with the Mamos family), NYMFI and Buckler, but also two cider brands MILOKLEFTIS and Strongbow. At the same time, we import well-known beer brands, including Sol, Mc Farland, Erdinger, Murphy’s, Duvel.
Since April 1, 2021 in collaboration with Bacardi Greece, Athenian Brewery also distributes Bacardi’s brands in the Greek market including: BACARDĺ® rum, MARTINI® vermouth and sparkling wines, BOMBAY SAPPHIRE® gin, GRAY GOOSE® vodka, Scottish DEWAR'S® and tequila PATRÓN, strengthening their presence in the market.

We produce in Greece 17 beer brands and line extensions with 100% Greek barley sourced through the collaboration with more than 2,000 farmers, and Greek raw materials. We have three breweries in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras and two malteries in Thessaloniki and Patras. In Patras we also produce our ciders, with Greek apple juice and Greek raw materials.

We are the largest beer exporter in Greece for over 40 years. With the help of an extensive distribution and sales network, we produce and distribute our products in 19 countries and on 5 continents.
