- Ηγείσαι και αναπτύσσεις την ομάδα Treasury
- Εποπτεύεις τις ημερήσιες ταμειακές θέσεις σε όλα τα νομικά πρόσωπα, λογαριασμούς και τράπεζες
- Αναλαμβάνεις το πλαίσιο πρόβλεψης ταμειακών ροών σε βραχυπρόθεσμο, μεσοπρόθεσμο και μακροπρόθεσμο ορίζοντα
- Προσδιορίζεις τις κεφαλαιακές ανάγκες και τη στρατηγική χρηματοδότησης της οργάνωσης
- Σχεδιάζεις και εφαρμόζεις πολιτικές διαχείρισης ρευστότητας και καθοδηγείς τις θυγατρικές στην εφαρμογή τους
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις στρατηγικές σχέσεις με τράπεζες και διαπραγματεύεσαι χρηματοοικονομικά προϊόντα και όρους
- Εποπτεύεις και επικυρώνεις τις κινήσεις μετρητών, τις διακανονίσεις και τις ταμειακές λειτουργίες
- Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς την εισαγωγή νέων συστημάτων, εργαλείων και διαδικασιών για τον εκσυγχρονισμό των Treasury Operations
- Καθιερώνεις και διατηρείς ταμειακούς ελέγχους, πολιτικές και τεκμηρίωση για ισχυρή διακυβέρνηση και συμμόρφωση
- Ελέγχεις και εγκρίνεις όλες τις κεντρικά εκτελούμενες πληρωμές και διασφαλίζεις την έγκαιρη και ακριβή αναφορά
- Δημιουργείς και συντηρείς πίνακες ελέγχου και αναφορές διαχείρισης για παρακολούθηση ταμειακών ροών και λήψη στρατηγικών αποφάσεων
- Συμμετέχεις ενεργά στη διαδικασία προϋπολογισμού και στις ετήσιες ελέγχους σε στρατηγικό επίπεδο
- Παρακολουθείς τις εξελίξεις στην αγορά, τη ρύθμιση και την τεχνολογία στο treasury και τις πληρωμές

- 8+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Corporate Treasury με διαχείριση ομάδας
- Cash Flow Forecasting και Liquidity Management
- Microsoft Office και ERP Systems (ιδανικά SAP S/4HANA)
- Treasury Management Systems και Power BI
- Financial Product Negotiation και Cash Management
- Governance and Compliance, Budgeting and Auditing
- Strategic Thinking, Communication skills - Greek and English, Change Management
- Team Management
